Terms and Conditions for Repair and Restoration carried out by Bear It In Mind
Bear It In Mind agree to adhere to written quotations as described and delivered to their customer following assessment which the said customer has signed as their agreement for works to be carried out. In the event of any changes to the original quotation being necessary (e.g. discovered once works begin), Bear It In Mind agree to contact the customer to discuss before changes to the agreed works are carried out.
Bear It In Mind assures their customers that their property will receive Bear It In Mind’s best care and attention whilst in their possession. This includes protection from moth/pests, fire and theft.
Whilst Bear It In Mind takes every care in their work, there can be occasions where, due to age, frailty, condition of customer’s property, further damage may occur. Therefore, the customer agrees that they leave their property with Bear It In Mind at their own risk.
A contract between the customer and Bear It In Mind becomes legal and binding upon the signing of the quotation/estimate form. If the customer wishes to cancel, this must be done within 14 working days from the date of signing.
All costs pertaining to postage are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment is required within 30 days of completion. Bear It In Mind reserve the right to add 5% of the total bill (per week) until the outstanding amount is paid. The customer’s property will remain with Bear It In Mind until full payment is made. Bear It In Mind reserve the right to recoup funds for work done by the possible sale of said customer’s property after a period of 6 months.
On agreement with Bear It In Mind, customer’s property can remain with Bear It In Mind after payment is made if the customer is unable to collect or have said property returned to them at that time.
